LEASING RESTRICTIONS & RENTAL REGISTRATION

Pursuant to Section 6.4 of the Amended & Restated Declaration, no more than nine (9) dwelling units may be leased at any time.  If you currently lease your residence or intend to lease your residence, please contact the Association.  A rental registration application can be downloaded from the documents page.

The fencing around the basin on Juniper Avenue was replaced and stained this summer.

FENCING

*Additional decorative rock will be  installed in several front yards.  .

*1702 and 1706 Blue Spruce Circle were painted last fall and the painting of units will continue around the community next summer.

*The alley gate and a few broken pickets were replaced.  The fence will be stained in the spring.
